What is Love to You?

Someone asked me a good question yesterday.
"What is Love to you?"

Well, here's my answer.

Love is simple, love is sweet.
Love is that feeling which sweeps you off your feet.

Love makes you laugh and love makes you babble.
For some people, it often brings out a dimple.

Love is patient, love is real.
It all bounds down to how you really feel.

Love can't be forced, nor can it be bought.

Love can distinguish between the truth and the fraud.

Everyone knows that having trust is a must.
Yet not everyone knows that love is not lust.

It's all about compromising and keeping it true.
It shouldn't always be all about you.

Love forgives and accepts, flaws and all.
It is the hand that picks you up when you fall.

Love endures through thick and thin.

It shouldn't matter if you lose or win.

Love isn't selfish, love isn't greedy.

Those two things won't satisfy the needy.

Love is never lost; it is always around.
It should build you up; not tear you down.

Love is like a surprise visitor, knocking at your door.
So keep it open, you'll never know what you're in for.

Don't go searching for love, let it find you.

Because once you've found it, you'll agree that this poem is true :)

What is love to you?
