Came To My Rescue

I've stumbled and fallen down plenty of times to the point where I felt too weak to get up on my own again.
It was the fear of losing my balance and disappointing myself one more time.
It was the fear of having my dreams and hopes being shattered once more.
In the midst of tears and heartache, I felt like giving up and just staying down on the ground.
Nevertheless, God always came to my rescue.
He reached out to me during the darkest moments of my life.
He stretched out His hand, beckoning me into His loving arms.
He gave me strength when I needed it the most.
He shone hope into the window of my heart.
Above it all, He reminded me that I was not alone.

God is faithful to us and is always there in times of need.
His love and commitment to us is the underpinning force in our lives.
He cannot deny himself; every promise he has made to us is true.
"If we are faithless, He remains faithful. He cannot deny Himself."- 2 Timothy 2:13-

There is no way that we can dodge problems. God has designed us so we are capable of coping with problems and advancing from there. We get stuck if we chose to rely on ourselves and not on God. The scripture said that God has promised to stay faithful even when we aren't. He will never forsake you even when others fail you.
If God never gives up on us, why should we?

And You came to my rescue
And I want to be where You are.
