Just Babbling.

Yay, tomorrow is a public holiday! :) I'm actually glad to be living in Malaysia because of the numerous holidays we get every year. And I'm not just talking about Christmas or Chinese New Year. We have Prophet Muhammad's birthday, the King's birthday, the Sultan's birthday, and other people's birthdays. We should host more holidays for the political leaders' birthdays too, and probably also celebrate their anniversaries and all that. Aren't anniversaries just as important as birthdays?

Anyway, holiday or not, I'll be working my ass off to meet datelines and prepare for the upcoming activities and tests. Oh, God.

I watched The Haunting of Molly Hartley alone last night. It's an old show, I think. I just bought the dvd because I thought it was cool. I'm not a fan of horror movies because I think too much blood and gore is gross, and spirits and stuff are just plain predictable. But this movie was supposed to be a psychological thriller, so I assumed it'd be different. I'm up for thrillers but not horror movies. Haha. Yes, my dear, there is a difference :)
My mother was like, "But aren't those two the same? You still get scared after watching them wat."
Yes, but at least thriller movies are a tad less predictable and more realistic, compared to cheesy horror movies. Has anyone watched The Diary of the Dead (Dec 2008) ? The whole movie was filmed through a video recorder. Don't wtach movies like that. They give you a splitting headache. Not to mention, the storyline was lame; it seemed like it was plucked right out of Resident Evil!

Back to The Haunting of Molly Hartley: it's creepy, but it's not one of those movies that makes you criticize your taste in movies. However, under its exterior, it mocks religion.

Has any of you tried the Fried Mushrooms at Tony Romas? They're awesome. I only tried them once, but I'm craving for a second time. Haha. :)
